What is it?

The solution simplifies the processes of distributing workers' payrolls through a private web portal.

Process privacy is guaranteed through encryption and electronic signature systems, as well as secure and confidential access to the service by all users of the solution.

How does it work?

Notification of new payrolls availability: Each time a new payroll addressed to you is published, you will receive a notification on your mobile device.

Access to the Business@Mail Payrolls Platform: From that notification, you can access the application to review pending payrolls.

Consultation and signing of payrolls: Once inside the application, simply use the contextual menus to electronically sign your payroll, or note discrepancies if you do not agree with any point on the payroll.
